Office Manager

Reports to: Senior Director of Programs and Operations
Hours: 32/week
Compensation: $11.50/hour

Position Overview
The Office Manager is responsible for all administrative tasks of the organizations office space. Duties include receptionist, facility management, customer service, communications, data entry, inventory management, and other program and project based work.

Essential Job Functions

  • Be present in the office Monday-Thursday from 9am to 5pm
  • Greet and provide courteous service to all guests walking into the office
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the office
  • Answer office phones and inquiry emails
  • Manage office supply and IT equipment inventory
  • Manage In-kind store for clients and receive In-kind donations from donors
  • Ensure all paper and electronic filings are organized and maintained
  • Assist with financial administration and bookkeeping activities
  • Conduct client intake, client services data entry, and other client services support activities
  • Communicate with donors and provide donation receipts
  • Assist with other programs and events as needed
  • Assist with the preparation of team and board meetings
